1. Who we are

The controller is the owner of the GTA Guide project (gta.guide). Contact for anything about your data: gtals.ru@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• the email address we send your sign-in code to;
• your name and avatar — from a social account or the ones you set in your profile;
• the IDs of social accounts you sign in with (Google, Discord, Steam, Telegram, VK, Yandex) and the email the provider shares;
• sign-in sessions: IP address, browser, time;
• a security log: IP address, time, event type; email appears there only as an irreversible hash;
• the date and version of this policy you agreed to.

There are no passwords. Social provider tokens are not kept after sign-in.

3. Why

• one account to sign in to GTA Guide sites and services;
• emails with sign-in and confirmation codes;
• protection against account takeover and abuse: attempt limits, checks on suspicious sign-ins.

Legal basis: performance of the service you ask for (signing in) and our legitimate interest in keeping accounts secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). No advertising, no selling or sharing data for ads.

4. Where and how long

• Data is stored on a server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH).
• Your account — until you delete it.
• Email code — 10 minutes, stored only as a hash.
• Session — up to 30 days of inactivity, 90 days at most.
• Security log — up to 30 days.
• Backups — up to 30 days; a deleted account disappears from them within that time.

5. Who receives data

• Yandex Cloud Postbox (Russia) sends code emails: your email address and the message.
• The social provider you sign in with learns that you signed in to GTA Guide ID. We receive from it only what is listed in section 2.
• GTA Guide sites and services you sign in to receive your ID, name and avatar, not your email.

6. Your rights

• view and change your name, email and sign-in methods — in your profile;
• delete your account — in your profile, “Delete account”. Data is erased at once, from backups within 30 days;
• ask what we hold about you, or any other question — gtals.ru@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days;
• complain to your data protection authority.
